Thanks for doing business with us. Please read the following information carefully. If during the first 30 days from receipt of your order you are not satisfied with new equipment please contact us so that we can provide correction, replacement or refund.  This guarantee applies to end-users only. All equipment must be returned in original condition, in original packaging, with all documentation, and with Return Authorization Number included with the equipment. Large orders over $1,000.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Use the mail-in form to order merchandise advertised at special internet prices.
  • Orders will be confirmed via e-mail if you provide us with a valid address.
  • Orders to be received in the state of Florida must add appropriate sales tax.

You are responsible for obtaining your FCC license. If you require assistance obtaining, modifying, or renewing an FCC license we highly recommend the services of LAO (Licensing Assistance Offices).
